Role Overview

We are hiring a Category Operations Associate / Associate Manager (Processed Foods) to manage day-to-day category operations and execution. This role sits at the intersection of inventory planning, vendor coordination, fulfilment, procurement, and category performance.

The selected candidate will work closely with category managers, supply chain teams, vendors, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage category operations across inventory planning, replenishment, and execution
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and supply continuity
  • Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and fulfilment performance
  • Support demand forecasting and planning activities
  • Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve service levels
  • Track category KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
