ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Nestor Launchpad is a structured trainee program designed to identify motivated freshers, provide real business exposure, and develop future business leaders through hands-on field experience.
Current trainees will work with Smartdoor Technologies, a growing PropTech company serving banks, NBFCs, builders and property professionals across Maharashtra.
ROLE
Management Trainee – Business Development & Channel Relations
- Coordinate with property brokers, CAs and banking relationship managers
- Support channel partner development and onboarding
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationship continuity
- Track outreach activities and business pipeline

- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 monthly stipend
