Role Overview
Country Delight is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive with hands-on experience in Pulses and Staples Quality Assurance for its Delhi location.
The role involves end-to-end product and process quality, with regular travel to supplier locations for quality assessments and audits.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end QA across product and process quality.
- Conduct quality assessment of pulses and related staples across raw-material, in-process and finished-product stages.
- Conduct supplier quality assessments and regular supplier-location visits.
- Perform physico-chemical, adulteration and cooking tests.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements and applicable food-safety regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and support supplier audits.
- Handle customer complaints and drive RCA and CAPA implementation.
- Conduct product benchmarking and quality-comparison exercises.
- Maintain QA documentation, specifications, reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality deviations.
- Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in Grocery/FMCG/Staples.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
