Role Overview
Country Delight is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive with hands-on Grocery/Staples QA experience, particularly across Honey, Pulses, Rice and Dry Fruits.
The position requires strong product-quality knowledge combined with supplier-quality management and frequent visits to supplier locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product and process Quality Assurance.
- Assess raw materials, in-process products and finished products against defined quality specifications.
- Work across categories including Honey, Pulses, Rice and Dry Fruits.
- Conduct supplier quality assessments, supplier audits and regular supplier-site visits.
- Conduct physico-chemical, adulteration and cooking tests as applicable to the product category.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and applicable food-safety regulations.
- Handle quality deviations and customer complaints through RCA and CAPA.
- Conduct internal quality audits.
- Perform product benchmarking and comparative quality assessments.
- Maintain specifications, QA documentation, reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality improvement and corrective actions.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
