Role Overview

Responsible for total quality control across incoming, in-process, and final inspection in MCB assembly unit ensuring zero-defect manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of Copper, Plastic & bought-out components
In-process inspection at all assembly stages
Final testing of MCB (Trip, Electrical, Mechanical)
Supplier quality management & audits
Maintain quality records in ERPNext
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation
Drive continuous improvement & defect reduction
