Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing food manufacturing organisation based in Bangalore.

The client is looking for a hands-on Quality Control professional with a strong foundation in food science and technology. Candidates who have completed a certification, diploma, short-term programme, or degree from CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore are strongly encouraged to apply.

Freshers are welcome.

The engagement begins as a trainee role and offers a clear path to full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Maintain quality records, test reports, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as per SOPs
  • Monitor GMP, GHP, and HACCP compliance on the production floor
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality deviations
  • Support audits, vendor evaluations, and regulatory compliance activities
  • Participate in shelf-life studies, product trials, and quality improvement projects
