Senior Packaging Design & Print Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Packaging & Print Designer to lead creative packaging projects from concept through print production. You will own design execution, lead a junior creative team, and coordinate directly with printers and vendors to deliver premium quality output. This role requires both strong design aesthetics and deep technical print knowledge.
- – Design premium packaging concepts for dairy, food, and consumer products
- – Create print collaterals — brochures, labels, cartons, danglers, standees, posters, and marketing materials
- – Develop print-ready packaging artworks — dye lines, CMYK profiles, bleed, margins, print separations, embossing, foil, UV finishes, barcode and legal placements
- – Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure quality output
- – Lead, mentor, and manage junior designers and creative team
- – Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and communication materials
- – Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- – Contribute innovative packaging ideas in brainstorming sessions
- – 4+ years in packaging design, print design, or branding — FMCG or agency experience preferred
- – Capable of heading a design team independently with minimal supervision
- – Creative and technically precise — you deliver beautiful work that goes to press without issues
- – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- – Strong collaborator — works well with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- – Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
CTC: ₹ 12–15 LPA
– Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
– Deep knowledge of print production and packaging execution
– Strong typography, colour sense, layout, and branding skills
– Experience preparing final print-ready files for production
– Understanding of material finishes, packaging structures, and vendor coordination
– Experience with product mockups and 3D packaging visualisation — preferred
– Knowledge of AI-based design tools — advantage
WHO YOU ARE
