Role Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will own day-to-day execution across Country Delight's social channels — national and regional. You will work closely with Brand, Design, Content, Influencer, and Digital teams to create content, engage communities, track performance, and leverage AI tools for faster and more innovative storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Platform Execution
  • Write platform-specific captions, hashtags, and copy for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Schedule and publish content including reels, stories, and shorts in real time
  • Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, memes, and trending audio; convert them into brand-relevant content quickly
  • Support YouTube content publishing and channel management
  • Coordinate with Brand, NPD, Digital, and Cross-Sell teams for content requirements
  • Video Production & Creative
  • Shoot simple in-house product videos, offer videos, and social-first content
  • Edit reels, short-form videos, and social media creatives
  • Create basic static creatives and motion graphics using design tools
  • Support rapid content production for trending moments and brand campaigns
  • AI-Powered Content Creation
